We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the MM Finance protocol and improve your experience:

• Wallet addresses — when you connect a wallet to interact with the protocol, your public wallet address is visible to us and to the blockchain. This is public data by the nature of blockchain technology.
• Email addresses — only if you voluntarily submit your email to receive notifications or updates. We never require an email to use the protocol.
• Browser & device data — basic analytics data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and session duration, collected via our analytics provider to help us improve the platform.
• No KYC or identity data — we do not collect your name, government ID, date of birth, or any other personally identifying information. MM Finance is a non-custodial DeFi protocol.

• To operate, maintain, and secure the MM Finance protocol and website.
• To send notifications or updates you have explicitly requested via email opt-in.
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve platform performance and user experience.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes — ever.

MM Finance is built on the Cronos blockchain. All on-chain transactions — including swaps, liquidity provision, staking, and wallet balances — are recorded on a public, immutable ledger.

This data is publicly accessible to anyone and is outside the control of MM Finance. We cannot modify, delete, or restrict access to on-chain transaction history. By interacting with any blockchain protocol, you acknowledge that your transaction history is permanently public.

If you require financial privacy, consider consulting resources on privacy-preserving blockchain tools before transacting.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. session state, wallet connection preferences).
• Analytics cookies — used to measure site performance and understand how visitors use the platform. Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. You can opt out of analytics cookies by adjusting your browser settings or using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.

MM Finance integrates with or links to third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

• WolfSwap — DEX integration on Cronos.
• Ebisu’s Bay — NFT marketplace on Cronos.
• Minted — NFT minting platform.
• Discord — community hub; governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy.
• Twitter / X — social updates; governed by X Corp’s Privacy Policy.

MM Finance is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Email addresses submitted for notifications are retained until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every notification email or by contacting us on Discord.

We do not store any other personal data on our servers. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form only.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (i.e. your email address if submitted).
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete your personal data from our systems.

To exercise any of these rights, please reach out to us via our Discord community (see Section 10). We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: we cannot modify or delete on-chain transaction data — that is outside our control by the nature of blockchain technology.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to check back periodically. Continued use of MM Finance after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
